What this site is
This site presents Apronta’s services: websites, online stores, apps, automation and cybersecurity. Its content is general information and does not, by itself, make a contractual offer.
Proposals and contracts
A project only starts after we receive your request, send you a written proposal with the scope, price and timeline, and both sides accept it. The examples and illustrations on the site use fictional data and only explain how we work.
Cybersecurity: only with permission
We only test the security of websites, applications and accounts with written authorisation from whoever owns the system. We ask the same of anyone who hires us. Results are confidential and delivered only to the person who requested the work.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form or the site to send spam, unlawful content or to try to access systems without authorisation. If you find a vulnerability on this site, please report it to geral@apronta.pt before disclosing it.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and the Apronta brand belong to Apronta and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party tool brands and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the technologies we work with.
Liability
The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer alternative dispute resolution body. In all other cases the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction.
