Data controller

Data we collect
When you send a request through the form we collect your name, email, project type and message. To protect the form against abuse and understand where a request came from, we also store the page it was sent from and a technical browser identifier.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to review your request, reply and, if you ask, prepare steps before a possible contract. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Who processes the data
Requests are stored in Supabase, which acts as Apronta’s processor. The site is hosted on Vercel; this service may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell data, build marketing lists or share data for advertising.
International transfers
Our providers may use sub-processors outside the European Economic Area. When this happens we require the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Retention
We keep requests for 12 months after the last contact. We may keep what is strictly necessary for longer when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and site language
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site has no third-party analytics. To pick the first language, Vercel tells us the country linked to your IP address at the time of the request; we do not store it. If you switch language with the PT/EN button, we store a single functional cookie in your browser, apronta_lang, for 12 months so the site respects your choice. It is strictly necessary for that, so we do not ask for consent. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data and, where applicable, portability. To exercise these rights, write to geral@apronta.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese authority, the CNPD, or with your local data protection authority.
